Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Handle sales of Electronics Components and Devices.
  2. Generate business from new and existing customers through cold calling, site visits and attendance at industry-related events.
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies based on management objectives.
  4. Meet prospects and customers, carry out regular visits, collect information and requirements.
  5. Build customer confidence by providing technical support from experts within the organization.
  6. Prepare and give technical presentations to explain to customers about products.
  7. Work with customers and Sales Support to ensure the product/service offered meets the requirements.
  8. Successfully match customer pain points /requirements to proposed solutions; help customers to solve problems with product usage.
  9. Negotiate and close service and new product opportunities.
  10. Responsible for Order Intake to Payment Receipt from developed opportunities.
  11. Meet assigned profitable sales target
  12. Build and maintain a sales pipeline tracked on the CRM system.
  13. Stay up-to-date with competition, emerging trends, technologies and propose innovative strategies for leveraging new opportunities.
  14. Stay informed about industry news, competitor activities, and social media best practices, and share relevant insights and recommendations with the team.
  15. Representing in Events, Webinars, Trade show participation, exhibitions, virtual meetings.
  16. Creation of sales & marketing material like brochures, posters, presentations, banners, standees etc.

Desired Experience: 3 – 10 Years

  1. Willing to :
    • Gathering requirements from clients
    • Conceptualization and Developing strategy
    • Ensuring smooth sales cycle
  2. Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience with industrial equipment
  3. Impeccable grasp of the English language
  4. Experience in the Pune Region is a plus
  5. Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
  6. Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
  7. Proficiency with computers,
  8. Proven experience or training to understand value solution selling is a plus
  9. Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with key technical or mid-management decision makers
  10. Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
  11. Willingness to travel

Primary Skills:

  • BE Electronics / MBA Marketing

  • 3+ years of Electronics Sales experience in industry

  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management

Good to have Skills:

  • Foreign Language skills
