Location: Marisoft IT Park III, West Wing, 2nd Floor, Kalyani Nagar, Pune
Total Experience: Fresher to 1+ years in core IT recruitment

Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to offer negotiation.
- You will source, screen, and interview candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinating the interview process and ensuring a smooth experience for both the candidate and the hiring team.
- Conducting candidate reference checks and background screenings as required.
- Facilitating job offers and employment negotiations while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Managing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future recruitment needs.
- Maintaining strong communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
- Collaborating with internal teams to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Experience working in international markets (UK, Europe, USA/APAC), understanding market-specific nuances and hiring needs.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant recruitment policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
- Handling candidate feedback and ensuring continuous improvements in the recruitment process.
- Reporting on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
- Providing valuable insights to hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent availability.
- Maintaining an up-to-date database of potential candidates for ongoing recruitment needs.
- Participating in employer branding efforts to enhance company visibility in the competitive talent market.
- Knowledge and experience working with diverse IT skills (open to domestic IT companies hiring experience as well).
