2+ years of good hands-on Java experience, some good understanding of some framework (eg. Struts), some front end technologies (Javascript / any other type of JS), some DB (eg. mysql), some backend (MVC architecture / reactJS etc).
Good understanding of unit testing / JIRA or SVN / N3 and above Japanese skillsets.
