Korean Language Specialist Customer Support – Pune

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with customers via chat, email, phone & CRM
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns & conduct root cause analysis
  • Own & resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented approach
  • Work independently, leveraging tools & knowledge management
  • Maintain high customer experience standards
  • The individual performing this role is expected to be knowledgeable across the client’s entire portfolio of hardware, software, and Services and will be responsible for making the complex accessible and ensuring each interaction with the client is positive.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluency in Korean Language
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a contact center, operations, or voice process
  • Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
  • Computer literacy – MS Excel (V-lookup, Pivot Tables, Formulas)
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays & in a 24×5 support environment
  • Order Management / Supply Chain / Quote to Cash experience is a plus!
