Job Description:

Fidel Softech Limited, the leading company in LangTech (Language + Technology), serving many of Fortune 500 companies. We are looking an application for Lead Generation Executive.

    Minimum 3+ years of dedicated B2B lead generation experience in lead generation for the domains of IT

    Roles and Responsibilities

    Develop and own a top-of-the-line sales funnel growth strategy that generates high-quality sales leads through outbound and inbound channels.

    • To work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors.
    • To set metrics and ensure that the team achieves targets.
    • To be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business
    • Manage a database of leads in CRM, efficiently processing all opportunities, tracking, reporting, and maintaining them until they are established in the sales pipeline.

    Required Skills:

    • Ability to cold-call (not just send emails)
    • Identify relevant prospect, introduce company, and set up a call or a meeting
      Feed the leads to the sales teams
    • Good English and communication skills
    • Good experience of handling CRM systems, filing daily work reports, and documenting
