Job Description:

Job Position Summary :

In charge of planning, developing and implementing a productive talent acquisition strategy. To ensure quality hiring, managing SLAs, TAT and service excellence

Key responsibilities :

  1. Developing a framework for effective talent hiring strategy
  2. Liaoning closely with hiring managers for requirement understanding, interview planning and closing
  3. Source potential candidates from various channels such as job portals, social media and networking, references, head hunting, etc.
  4. Preparing periodical MIS reports, Working effectively on ATS
  5. Recommending and execute appropriate employer branding strategy
  6. Ensuring high quality recruiting experience to the candidates
  7. Partnering with HR teams to gather market intelligence of best practices of recruiting, engagement and compensation – benefits.

Desired Qualification / certifications :

Diploma / Graduate in any discipline. MBA in HR / Operations preferred, though not essential

Preferred relevant work experience :

  • 4 to 5 years’ experience of core recruitment function (preferably in an IT / ITES a company) with a 150 – 300 employee size, having domestic as well as international clients.
  • Sound exposure to e-recruitment tools
  • Exposure to technical interviews for standard IT technologies ( either Browser or Server software / Database / Stacks) is an added advantage
  • Any previous experience of sales / operations domain, is also an added advantage.

Position reports to: Sr. HR Manager

Travel needed: Not Required (Unless for campus drives)

Location: Fidel Softech Ltd., Kalyani Nagar, Pune

Employment details: Full time and on the rolls of the Fidel Softech, (May sometime have to work on Saturdays as per the requirements)
