We are hiring Japanese Bilingual IT professionals for various positions across Development, Cloud, ERP, SAP, ServiceNow, Infrastructure, and IT Support domains, supporting global and Japanese clients on diverse and challenging technology projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on IT projects for Japanese clients (Development / Support / Implementation)
- Communicate with Japanese stakeholders via email, meetings, and documentation
- Gather and analyze technical requirements
- Perform system development, maintenance, and enhancements
- Provide L1/L2/L3 support and incident resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, infra, QA, SAP consultants)
- Prepare technical documents in Japanese & English
- Ensure timely delivery and SLA adherence
Technical Skills
- Japanese (JLPT N3/N2/N1) with client communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Software Development (Java/.NET/Python)
- Experience in Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Windows/Linux system administration expertise
- Database management (SQL/MySQL/Oracle)
- Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- SAP/ERP implementation or support knowledge
- ITIL-based incident & service management
- DevOps tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Technical documentation in Japanese & English
- Experience working with Japanese stakeholders
Language Requirements
- Japanese Proficiency: Any JLPT level
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to handle client-facing communication independently
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering
- Relevant IT certifications (AWS / Azure / SAP / ServiceNow / Microsoft / ITIL – plus)
- JLPT Certification preferred
