Localization Project Manager – Hyderabad – Job ID: HR01

Job Description:

Fidel Softech is hiring for highly motivated Project Manager on an immediate basis for our Hyderabad location.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Translation Studies, Business Administration, IT or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 4 years of Localization industry experience, including 2-3 years in a Project Management role
  • Working knowledge of Software Product Localization processes and standards used in the industry
  • Demonstrated success at managing projects for international clients

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal, written communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong organisational, planning and resource management skills imperative
  • Capture and anticipate operational risks, issues, dependencies and decisions, and drive resolution or escalations as required
  • Ability to promptly troubleshoot problems and deliver solutions
  • Practical experience with TMS and CAT tools
  • Experience managing style guides, terminology, and translation memories.

  • Experience managing Language quality, including linguistic quality tracking, improvement processes and metrics

Responsibilities:

  • Tracks and consolidatesschedule progress and issues associated with each project
  • Oversees and tracks workload of the linguistic teams to closely monitor and manage throughputexpectations
  • Ensures superior query management so that all information is leveraged,understood and implemented across the wider linguistic teams
  • Articulates clearly andpromptly to linguistic team the Client brief, including anyspecial instructions to increase understanding and context of project
